Because Divinci is priced on usage, not features. Every plan gets RAG, fine-tuning, Scored QA, A/B testing, Arena, BYOK, and everything else the platform can do — there's no "upgrade to unlock" wall. Plans differ in how many monthly usage credits they include (and Enterprise adds a handful of org-scale extras like SSO and a dedicated support engineer, which aren't usage costs, they're operational commitments). Pick a plan based on how much you expect to use, not which features you're missing.

Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance (shown on each plan above) that covers AI model usage, RAG retrieval, and other metered platform costs — think of it as a prepaid wallet top-up bundled into your subscription. Once your included credits are used, usage is billed pay-as-you-go from your wallet balance at the same metered rates. Need more headroom? Move to a bigger credit pack anytime, or just top up your wallet directly.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time, and the change will take effect immediately. For downgrades, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll receive a prorated credit for any unused time on your previous plan when upgrading.
