Senior Machine Learning Engineer
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to help build and optimize our RAG systems and fine-tuning pipelines. You'll work on core AI infrastructure and help shape our technical direction.
Full Stack Engineer
Join our engineering team to build and enhance our platform's web interfaces and APIs. You'll work on features that make complex AI capabilities accessible to users.
Product Manager
We're seeking a Product Manager to drive our product vision and roadmap. You'll work closely with customers, engineers, and designers to build AI solutions that solve real business problems.
UX/UI Designer

Customer Success Manager

Summer 2025 AI Internship Program
Our 10-week Summer Internship Program offers USC students hands-on experience in cutting-edge AI projects, including AI interpretability, RAG API development, and secure customer-facing systems. Work directly with our engineering teams on projects that make a real impact.

We've designed our interview process to be thorough yet respectful of your time. Here's what you can expect when applying to Divinci AI:
Application Review
Our recruiting team reviews your application and assesses your experience against the role requirements. We aim to respond to all applications within one week.
Initial Conversation
A 30-minute call with a recruiter to discuss your background, the role, and determine mutual fit. We'll answer any questions you have about Divinci AI and the position.
Technical Assessment
Depending on the role, you'll complete a take-home assignment or a live technical interview. We design our assessments to be relevant to the actual work you'd do at Divinci AI.
Team Interviews
A series of interviews with team members and cross-functional partners. We'll dive deeper into your experience and assess team fit while giving you the opportunity to meet potential colleagues.
Final Interview
A conversation with a senior leader to discuss your career goals and how you can contribute to Divinci AI's mission. This is also your chance to ask any remaining questions about the company and role.
Offer
If there's mutual interest in moving forward, we'll extend an offer and discuss compensation, benefits, and start date. We're committed to providing a competitive package that recognizes your value.
